Resort-like Oasis w/ inground pool/hot tub/gazebo

About the Space

The pool is a river rock bottom with slate tile and bluestone slate pavers all around it. There is an attached hot tub that overflows into the pool. We have built a ledge on the deep end to swim to and step out of the deep end, and a larger ledge on the shallow end for sitting in the water a few inches, or perfect for toddlers. There are a few steps from the ledge into the pool. There is a removable railing. A white gazebo is over the hot tub area, which is raised from the rest of the patio and has a wall around it. We have 8 large blue planters with seasonal flowers and plants in them surrounding the hot tub area. There is a small grassy area with a swingset. We have a couple of teak oval wood dining tables and 4 teak wood lounger chairs with blue cushions, tropical print pillows, and umbrellas, and the whole area is surrounded by privacy bushes on the front and a wood fence in the back. The entire yard is sandwiched between our home and our rental property. Beyond the bushes on the front is a view of Casco Bay (ocean) and the tennis courts and basketball courts. There is an outdoor grill and another round dining set under the gazebo. There is a public restroom across the street and we might be accommodating to using our bathroom just inside the door...depending on the amount of people and foot traffic. There might be parking in our driveway, but there is ample street parking.
