About the Space

Our home is an updated residential home with an open floor plan. Kitchen, living and dining area are integrated into one updated space, perfect for filming. A sliding door leads right into the back patio where there is a fire pit and a huge backyard. The backyard also has a small playground. The patio can be lit with string lights and create a great nighttime atmosphere. One bathroom in the house is included for guests to use. One bedroom can become available for film crew to change in. The sq ft that is listed here is only an estimate.
