About the Space

Open concept warehouse with spacious floorspace, allows for freedom of movement and the possibility to setup equipment and various stages/workspaces. Freshly painted white walls, raw concrete floor and wooden truss ceilings covered in heat reflecting foil, keep the warehouse temperature cool and comfortable. Attached to the warehouse, is approximately 2000 square feet of private office space that is climate controlled with heating and air conditioning. Office area consists of one conference room, one A.D.A restroom and full new kitchen. This additional space is restricted and not available for use. The outdoor portion includes a private fenced and gated yard with parking. Additional parking can be found on the adjacent property. The space is available for film, film/tv production ONLY. No exceptions Exotic/Sports cars shown and additional ones are also available at an additional cost of $450/day per vehicle.
