All new furniture, grey tones, well appointed, different size office. Total square footage is 3,000 square feet. Office space is upstairs and away from the business. Separate private entrance downstairs with an additional office space and lounge area for crew to relax, meet, prep, etc. There is a showroom space also that is 25,000 square feet that can be rented separately upon request. There is an also a kitchen space that can be rented separately upon request.
