About the Space
Recently renovated mid century home built in 1961 in Woodland Hills. Huge vaulted ceiling’s with a double fireplace living area. Open floor plan with the kitchen. Backyard has a pool. Grass unfortunately hasn’t done well with the drought. 3 bedrooms, 1 is setup as an office. 2 bathrooms Sliding glass doors in both living rooms go out to the backyard. Sliding glass doors in the primary bedroom that go to the backyard as well. Front has a large circle driveway with gates. Garage is attached and has a small washer dryer room while the rest has been setup as a gym. Weekend bookings will be considered upon request
