Welcome to Ranch Ren. A mid century ranch with an artistic touch. This is our daily home and we have outfitted it in a way that we love being here. If you want a home that's both aspirational and approachable this is it. Homey, cozy and lived in but still high style, eclectic and curated. Our house is a newly remodeled mid century ranch that was originally built in 1954. Just under 2000 square feet, the house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It's located in Baldwin Hills Estates, close to the 10 freeway, the 405 and the 90. Venice beach, downtown, and West Hollywood are all in close proximity. If you are looking for a suburban feel that's in the middle of the city this is it. The neighborhood is well taken care of as well as incredibly safe. It truly is an idyllic suburban neighborhood in the heart of the city. We have an extra large kidney pool in the backyard along with a huge covered patio with furniture, as well as a fire pit. The home has great art on the walls, built in cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances and great furniture throughout. There's lots of color as well as great light in the house. The entire back of the house is glass doors that allow access to the patio from any of the primary rooms. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings as well as the living room and dining room. The property is landscaped in the front and back with draught resistant plants that include lots of cactus and succulents. Our home is fairly new to shooting but in the past 2 years we have been featured on American Horror Story as well as various commercials including Uber and Google. My wife, child and dog reside in the home and love to entertain. The house was made for it. The neighborhood is pretty laid back about shooting and neighbors are friendly.
