About the Space
Newly remodeled and completely renovated to a state of the art sound stage. With 14,000 sq ft, our Stage 1 offers a 110 ft x 50 ft blackout room with a grid. Stage 2 offers 60 ft x 50 ft with a 45 ft x 42 ft Cyc wall with a grid. We have also added high speed internet throughout the building, rigging grids, new electrical / utility hookups, LED house lights, top of the line sound systems with PA systems and microphones, SDI video routed to all TVs, 8 support rooms, hair / makeup / wardrobe rooms, green rooms and production offices, revamped A/C & heating, 1200 Amps of 3 Phase power, 3 brand new 16 foot roll up doors and 4 bathrooms. The entire building brags a 23' ceiling height and the stages grids are at 19'. In addition to this amazing space, we offer (for additional fees) 2 x 19' scissor lifts from Herc Entertainment, full grip and lighting support for any event or production, large or small. As well as any production supplies you may need.
