This was my second time renting out this space. The place was very clean and tidy when we arrived, communication with the host was a breeze, and the space just has the perfect amount of natural light anyone could look for in a shoot. This charming Spanish-style abode features a perfect blend of historic character, thoughtful details and modern design. Hardwood floors and barreled ceilings create an open and airy atmosphere, while floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the house in natural light, making it ideal for photo and film shoots. The kitchen offers a pantry, custom cabinets + a breakfast bar with seating for four. SS Viking appliances are accented by marble counters, black designer fixtures and floating shelves. The formal dining room enjoys storage and a built-in wine fridge. Three spacious bedrooms, two full baths and a powder for guests complete the interior. And the master suite includes a walk-in closet, en-suite bath and french doors that open to a sprawling yard with avocado and fig trees. We also have a separate converted garage that is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe and storing equipment. The house was exactly what we needed. Beautiful space with a ton of light. It was much larger than we had initially expected too! Jenna was very easy to work with too, would definitely book again!
