About the Space

22 acres off-grid in the Santa Cruz mountains. Filled with groves of giant redwood trees hundreds of feet tall, some with 6-10 ft diameter bases. Forested areas, numerous meadows and seasonal wildflowers. Lush greenery and some untouched wilderness. Two cliff areas overlooking a river. Some very steep areas and some flat areas. Includes an underground bunker about 500 sq ft. This rental includes the property but not the house, unless specified by special request. We live here. The last half mile of road is unpaved and 4 wheel drive is highly recommended, sometimes absolutely required depending on the weather.
