"the hi" is the perfect place to create. Whether it's recording a song from scratch, doing voiceover work, or just renting the space out for yourself to plug in and play/make beats... This recording studio is your destination in the San Fernando Valley. Included is a Shure SM-7b mic with a two-channel interface (with two built-in pre-amps), a separate Chameleon Labs 7603 Xmod pre-amp for the mic, drum set, electric and acoustic guitars, a 61-key Akai midi keyboard, 2 8-inch Adam Audio TV8 speakers, and a brand new 2020 Mac Mini with the new M1 Chip (with software plug-ins to be installed). Ableton, Logic, & Pro Tools all available. Close by to multiple grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Ralph's), liquor stores, a Cookies store (and other dispensaries), coffee shops, banks, and Target; all within blocks! (TJ's, liquor store, and Cookies all within one block). There is also a super solid Spanish restaurant on the corner. Price varies between booking sessions with or without engineer. ($120/hr with engineer , $50/hr without).
