This charming, independently-run auto mechanic shop is one of a kind. The owner could not be nicer. Located in the heart of Eagle Rock, CA, in northeast Los Angeles, close to 4 major freeways. This is a working auto mechanic shop and must be shut down for filming. It comes with multiple car lifts, and set dressing ready to go. Although it is not the biggest, for the right project, this would work well. Has parking lot attached, but lots of old cars that don't move, would have to work around those. This is a ma & pa run mechanic shop, easy to work with, super film friendly, can't beat it!
