About the Space

High cieling bow trussed 1930's warehouse. Ground floor with easy access to street with 12 x 14 ft. roll up. We have two spaces each with skylights and tons of natural light. First space is a beautiful white cube approx. 450 sq. ft. walls are 14 ft. high. Second space is 1000 sq. ft. is a raw more industrial space with exposed wood. Additional 400 sq. ft. for prep and set up. Each can be used for photo or film shoots. Affordable daily and hourly rates. Let us know what you need.
