The Flex Garage is a drive-in 60x60 production warehouse located just 10 minutes from downtown Detroit. This is an extremely flexible and low stress workspace with 100 Peerspace reviews! This space: is heated and accessed by standard door and 12x12 load in door and includes: * Steel grid for easy rigging * On-site ladders * Use of water by permission (add on) * Parking in adjacent lot * Smoke friendly. We had an amazing shoot yesterday at this space. Not only was the location perfect for what we needed, Amari and Josh were beyond accommodating. Both were very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Thanks to Josh for coordinating the shoot with me and huge shout out to Amari for all his help on site. Truly a great experience! I’m already looking into booking their spaces for 2 more videos this summer. I highly recommend this spot for any big production needs! My team and I are grateful and will be returning soon! For starters I think it should be known that there is a ‘celebrity’ fee. The price is not the same for everyone. If you have a larger artist they charge more even if you have a very small budget. Besides that, Josh and his wife were great. They accommodated my crew and I in any way that they could and went above and beyond!!!!!!!! Theyre a super chill couple and very nice! Book this warehouse, you won’t regret it!!!!!
