Rare Convertible Abarth Spider w/ Stick Shift!

Located just down the street from L.A. Union Station, this is the ultimate roadster for exploring L.A. and for roadtrips up and down the 101 or Rte. 1, out to Palm Springs or to San Diego or to the Paso Robles wine region. Unlike a Mazda Miata, this car has panache!! This car is beautiful and is a blast to drive and it looks great, with styling reminiscent of the last generation of 124 Spiders that last sold in the U.S. in 1985. While it shares its chassis and much of its interior with the fourth-generation Mazda Miata, its engine and transmission, as well as styling, are purely Italian. This is the top-of-the-line performance version of the Fiat 124 Spider. The 6-speed manual transmission is easy to shift. The 1.4-liter turbocharged engine is spirited, its 164 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque getting you to 60mph in 6.5 seconds. The suspension is tighter, the exhaust louder, and has a lot more options than a base Spider (which are most of the Spiders on Turo). In the practicality department, the manual top with glass window is super-easy to operate. There’s just one latch and you can put it down with one hand while sitting in the driver’s seat. The trunk is small. You can fit one carry-on bag and one medium-sized duffel, that’s it. Storage in the passenger compartment is very scarce. This is strictly a 2-seater. If you're over 6 feet tall, you want to carefully consider how long you are willing to be contorted...This car is not for everyone! I'm 5'11" and fit OK, but I'm sure it gets worse from there. Japanese mechanicals but Italian engine and styling, this car will get you where you want to go in style and have a blast while doing so! Other features: -remote lock/unlock (contactless) for the most convenient pick-up and drop-off -6-speed MANUAL transmission -Bluetooth, USB, AUX input, 12V input -automatic climate control -turbo 4-cylinder averages 35mpg -LED taillights -premium alloy wheels -push-button start -leather steering wheel and shift knob -leather/suede seats -SiriusXM radio -navigation system -heated seats -rear backup camera -Sport mode selector -remote proximity access sensor Minimum time on-set is 3 hours. The time for your reservation must also include the time driving back and forth from the car's location in DTLA. We will agree on that commuting time beforehand. Default and min commuting time is 1 hour. So the total minimum time must be 4 hours (3 hours on-set, plus 1 hour commuting). If you need the car for 6 hours, for example, be sure to book for 7. I will plan to stay on-site with the car as part of my service. Custom quotes for full days (8-hours plus or multi-day) to ensure substantial discounts.
