Large home and multi-tiered, totally private backyard with several picturesque production settings. Property is best-suited for an outdoor, backyard shoot. Central GTA location. Mid Toronto. 3 minutes from junction of two main highways - DVP and 401. Dead end street, zero traffic, very quiet, easy coming and going for crews and plenty of street parking. Ravine lot, mature trees in front and back. Beautiful gardens. Large, recently redone pool and pool area situated among trees nestled into ravine. Numerous seating areas: couches, daybeds, chaise lounges, Muskoka chairs, fire pit etc. Glassed in, cedar, 500 square foot Upper Deck overlooks backyard. Dozens of LED light fixtures make for a beautiful nighttime production - up lights, down lights, path lights, rail lights etc. Grass is lush and green. Other features include putting green, golf cage, in ground basketball frame/net, swimming pool, trampoline hidden in the forest, badminton court, tire swing, English garden, Lily garden, raised cedar vegetable gardens, greenhouse, flower pots throughout and natural armor stone everywhere. Two friendly Bernese Mountain dogs reside on site..they can be kept out of the way or happy to play a role in your shoot :)
