About the Space

This is an acre of undeveloped hillside land in Glassell Park with sweeping views of Mount Washington, DTLA, Griffith Park, and the San Fernando Valley. There are mature live oaks, pines, catalina ironwoods, and a jacaranda tree, along with stands of native vegegation like sumac, black walnut, and lemonade berry. There are also pigs, turkeys, chickens, sheep, and goats, and a cactus garden. There are both flat areas and steep areas, and a wide variety of backdrops and views that are very unusual for a property in the city. Parking is on the unfinished street just outside the fence.
