About the Space

The house is traditional/ranch style. It was custom built in the late 1950s and was updated in the last 10 years. It has a very open floor plan and is, as most ranch style homes, divided primarily on a single story between living space and bedroom wing. The living area is highlighted by both a bright, large living room with vaulted ceiling and an adjacent, small and cozy den which acts as a tv room. The kitchen is large with a large laundry room and maid’s room. All of the living space opens to a large brick patio through French doors. The backyard has a pool and fireplace and is manicured. The front yard is huge with a large circular driveway. There is a giant pepper tree in the center of the yard.
