Perfect for productions and lifestyle photo shoots. This ranch sits on a 4 acre land and there are so many areas to photograph with natural light. Mature oak trees surround the property and there is an abundance of bougainvillea climbing the white fences. There are a ton of raw elements on this property and it is filled with nature. Horses live on the property and make a stunning backdrop while they roam in the pastures. The Main house is off limits, but there is a cute little cottage on the property, you can photograph the exterior. Take a look at the gallery! We are located just a few minutes from the 210 and 5 Fwy making the property easily accessible. There are nature preserves nearby and beautiful horse trails. There is a camper for guests to use during their shoots. The camper holds 4 people comfortably, includes a restroom, and a nook. We had several photo shoots/short films done here and the most common feedback is that there are so many backgrounds to work with! Horses may be used for productions at an additional cost of $100/hour per horse. Please inquire for more information. Weekend Costs: Saturday and Sunday $275/hour $500 security deposit required, refunded within 24 hours post-booking.
