About the Space

A 900 acre working cattle ranch located in Descanso, CA 91916 (East San Diego). With the front gate being only 10 min from a 4 star resort and many different areas to choose from, it is a great location for many different projects. Home to groves of oak trees and manzanita, large open meadows, dry creek beds (running at certain times of the year), rolling hills/mountains of greenery and small ponds. You could also find: Cattle | Horses | Corrals | Junk Yard | Dirt Roads | Trails | Rock Outcroppings | Flat Rock | Old Equipment | Tractors There are also two modest, occupied houses located on the ranch. We are willing to work with what the project is looking for and can embrace changes wanted. I would be happy to send more pictures, and if you are looking for a particular area please let me know. We have lots of fun spots! Super for off-grid, camping, off-roading, fantasy, western, hiking gigs. *Dirt road to property is 1.5 miles from gate. A bit bumpy, but small cars can make it just fine.
