About the Space

This space is a 20 Acre ranch property located in Tehachapi, Ca. The property has been outfitted primarily to serve as a horse stable featuring a total of 7 stalls (3 Open-Air & 1 Enclosed). In addition there are 2 tack rooms that are available for storage during use or to be setup as hair / makeup space. The barn has an indoor arena, which is attached to a 1900 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. There is an outdoor arena, round pen and several fenced pastures with flat meadow land. Multiple concrete pads available for staging, craft services, etc. There are 4 horses that live on property that are available as an add-on for any shoots but limited to standing / walking only, no riding, no extra cost. All the equipment and facilities of a working horse farm is available at no extra cost for your shoot. IE: Tractor, Mule, horse trailer and dump trailer.
