In addition, there is wood pellet stove in the living room. I GUEST ACCESS The property is set on 2.5 acres. The ranch house sits on 1.25 acres while the stables and the cowboy trailer sit on the other 1.25 acres. **The cowboy trailer may be rented at the same time. Guests are advised to enjoy their own areas of the spacious property. There is plenty of room, and privacy, to roam around on each property. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Available Games: Jumbo Jenga Ping Pong Table Battleship, Sorry, Uno, Mille Bornes, Headbandz Operating Hot Tub: 1) Open right side of cover over the black bar. Lift black bar up and the spa cover will be completely open 2) Set desired temp from 80-104 When green light is lit, the desired temp has been reached. 3) when finished, place cover over tub. Place cinder block on each side to keep spa cover closed as it can get extremely windy here.
