About the Space
1920's California Duplex with tons of natural light, nooks and white walls ready to be dressed in any style. There is a large yard with a huge avocado tree and bistro lights for evening occasions. There is a deck underneath the tree that can be used as a stage or lounging area. There's a wood shop area that is used as a potting station for plants and outdoor workshop/woodshop. Both the front and backyard are paved with hexagon cement pavers and landscaped with fruit trees. Silver sheen privacy hedges line the front yard, making the area ideal for filming in indirect light after 11am or dappled light earlier in the morning. There is also a garage on the property available for equipment storage.
