About the Space
Quiet secluded property with croquet court for film and TV shoots. Minutes from downtown Burbank and major film studios. Large backyard with 2000 sq ft croquet court. Close to a dozen locations on property for shooting film or stills. Plenty of street parking on a dead end street. The court can also be tented for special events. The house is a vintage Spanish style and has been used for interiors in past productions. The house is basically the way it was in 1935 save for a remodeled bathroom and modern appliances in the kitchen. Can easily be dressed for a period piece. Inquiries welcomed.

- booked a filming
This was the best place to shoot my short film!!! I could not recommend this location enough. My crew and cast had an amazing experience here. David was very accommodating and responded quickly whenever I had a question. He was an excellent host! The space is very nice and homey, and the yards are beautiful with lots of greenery. For my film, I was looking for a house that had a Spanish colonial style since my story takes place in the Philippines. It was a great place to cheat the Philippines in LA, and I am very happy to have found this location. I highly recommend booking here!
