About the Space

Quiet secluded property with croquet court for film and TV shoots. Minutes from downtown Burbank and major film studios. Large backyard with 2000 sq ft croquet court. Close to a dozen locations on property for shooting film or stills. Plenty of street parking on a dead end street. The court can also be tented for special events. The house is a vintage Spanish style and has been used for interiors in past productions. The house is basically the way it was in 1935 save for a remodeled bathroom and modern appliances in the kitchen. Can easily be dressed for a period piece. Inquiries welcomed.
