Mocha brown colored 2 bedroom single family house with desert like yard with large succulent trees and rock-covered with paths. Zen rod iron screen door with wood and mission style glass front door. Small one step up brick entry. Open layout includes living area with television, eating or dining area, fireplace area and spa or facial area behind floor length drapes. 20 foot venetian plaster mural of the beach with palms, rocks and sand. Very unique. Coordinating wallpaper of sand stone on one adjacent wall. Separate door to backyard with natural rectangle swimming pool. Decorated in eclectic bohemian, beachy, zen, spa decor. Remodeled and modern kitchen with separate door to backyard also. Granite countertops and distressed, yet modern wood cabinets. Open layout and moving island included. Door separates open common area from hallway with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Front bedroom furnished with queen bed and end table, desk and chest of drawers with rug on floor. Two separate windows overlooking front yard's desert garden. Back bedroom semi-furnished with twin bed only. Two side by side windows that over look backyard. Both bathrooms have stand up single sinks and a window in each one of them. One has a stand up single shower and the other has a tub shower. Backyard with clean swimming pool decorated with two large couches, distressed wood dining room table with 6 chairs, 4 chase lounge chairs, area rugs and BBQ grill.
