small 3 bedroom urban style walk-up apartment on the second floor in an up and coming neighborhood with lots of character. Perfect for a shoot about inner city life. This property gives access to a pretty normal open fenced back yard. Around the corner from a car wash and gas station and major thoroughfare of Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast DC. pretty grimy block but the inside is pleasant, a little dated and surrounding park is very beautiful and useful. Anacostia park is within walking distance, there is a skating pavillion, soccer and baseball field, boating dock on the Anacostia river, biking trail, tennis courts, playground, barbeque areas, basketball courts indoor swimming facility, about 1 mile to the Nationals Stadium, about 1 mile from the US capitol, police training facility nearby,
