Amazing 600sqft rooftop deck with city views and artificial turf! Brand new outdoor kitchen with BBQ & gorgeous granite countertops recently completed. Four bedrooms, plus a fun bar area, three bathrooms, an extra office room, walk-in closet and more. Living/dining/kitchen area is warm, inviting and super bright. Lots of skylights and natural light in every room. 13 ft, very high ceilings in open concept living area, and in master bedroom & bathroom. Two great large firepits in backyard with seating area. Great large firepits in lower backyard (however, cannot be moved). Brand new outdoor barbecue kitchen area with sink. Extra Production Notes: We are available for in-person scouts, just inquire! Please read through all the below house rules and confirm receipt before inquiring! 1. We require ram board (NOT craft paper) throughout the house where any heavy foot traffic will be in addition to underneath all boxes and equipment. Our floors are easily scratched and dented and it’s protection we require for the home. Blue painters tape ONLY to secure – NO black tape. Of course, if the floors will be in your shot it can be removed. No sliding of boxes or wheels on floors without protection. 2. Any shooting with heavy or sharp objects to be done on the grass will also require flat-surface protection such as plywood. we cannot have large groups of people on the grass. 3. Tennis balls on the end of all metal stands. 4. You get 2 driveway spots as well as 3-5 spots on our side of the street in front of our house - the rest of cars we request to scatter on different streets throughout the neighborhood - parking map sent on request. The two driveway cars MUST NOT leak oil, and no dual axel vehicles in the driveway OR vehicles with metal loading gates. 5. You are required to haul your own trash. 6. If more than 5 guests, we require film permit *especially if filming is to take place outside. 7. If you have production insurance we require to be added as additionally insured (please provide endorsement pages), otherwise you must get insurance through Event Helper: https://www.theeventhelper.com/#no5i6X 8. Master Bedroom Fee is $300 9. We have a NEW light beige cloud couch in our living room that can be used for shots if necessary but otherwise is not to be sat on/leaned on or used for equipment storage. We have a cover for it for protection. 10. If you plan to cook with or use our BBQ – please plan to clean it immediately after use OR an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added. 11.
