About the Space

Single family, craftsman style home with a spacious backyard and big oak tree overseeing it. Our place is perfect style for that family home look. We have hosted many interviews and BTS for docu-style shows, narrative short films and feature films. Backyard can be transformed for party scenes or just used for holding, staging gear, etc... We have a garage available on case by case basis. Driveway large enough for grip trucks to park and plenty of easy, free street parking for crew.
