Creative, relaxed workspace located just off Santa Monica Blvd available for Saturday or Sunday rentals. Large windows overlook a small, garden with greenery. Remote controlled window shades will ensure you get the exact amount of light you need. A large, organically shaped conference table sits in the center of the room with a series of paper lanterns over head as the statement light fixture. Individual workstations and two lounge areas sit along the edges of the room. Ergonomic office chairs throughout. Numerous potted plants and a small fountain create the perfect ambiance. Mid-century lounge chairs are comfortable and cozy. PLEASE NOTE: There are no private offices. Kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink, and seating for four located in a separate room. Two private bathrooms located off of the kitchenette. This location is available ONLY on Saturdays and Sundays. We REQUIRE all bookings to be at least ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.

Spacious, quiet, and clean. We had a very small shoot and needed a space to do some mock presentations/speaking engagements. This space suited all of our needs. I felt like it was a lot bigger in person. It was very nice that the majority of furniture could be moved around. (except for the large table) We brought our own lights to give a spotlight effect on the speaker. The big windows were great for natural light and the carpet captured sound nicely. All around, a very pleasant experience- Wade was a very helpful and kind human! would use it again.
