Our versatile 6,000 sq ft production studio is the perfect space for film, photo, and livestream productions. Designed with professionals in mind, it boasts over 4,000 sq ft of lighting grid, a 30' x 30' pre-lit corner cyc wall, and a well-stocked camera and grip cage. Whether you’re shooting a commercial, hosting a podcast, or filming a TV show, this space is equipped to meet all your creative needs. Key Features: Lighting & Power: Over 4,000 sq ft of grid space, capable of supporting heavy rigs with 12 ft ceilings. The grid includes 200 amps of dedicated power, with pull-down power drops to minimize floor cabling. Pre-Lit 30' x 30' Cyc Wall: Ideal for seamless backgrounds, this corner cyc wall is pre-lit and ready for your project. Sound-Treated: The studio is sound-treated, making it perfect for dialogue-heavy scenes or audio-sensitive productions. Flexibility & Space: The stage can accommodate up to 3 large sets built from flats, with ample space for full set builds. Easy Access: Drive your grip truck or broadcast van directly onto the studio floor through a 12’ x 12’ load door. Total Blackout: The ceiling and walls are outfitted with flat black sound treatment and paint, ensuring a total blackout when the house lights are off. Additional Amenities: Climate Control: Central AC and heat to ensure comfort during any production. Restrooms & Green Room: Two restrooms and a green room for talent, offering convenience and comfort on set. Power Options: Grid: 200 amps Wall: 200 amps Camlock Power: Available for an additional fee (1,200 amps total, 400 amps per leg). Internet: 1G up/down for fast streaming and file transfers. Parking: 6 - 10 dedicated parking spots in a secure lot, with additional street parking available. More spots can often be arranged on the day of your shoot.
