About the Space

Our 6,000 sq ft production studio is perfect for your film and photo needs. The space features more than 4,000 sq ft of lighting grid, a 30' x 30' pre-lit corner cyc wall and a well stocked camera/grip cage. The facility is sound treated, ideal for capturing dialogue. The 15ft ceilings allow for a variety of lighting options. The stage can accommodate up to 3 large sets built from flats, with adequate space for entire set builds. Drive your grip truck or broadcast van straight onto the studio floor via the 12ft x 12ft load door. The ceiling and walls feature flat black sound treatment and flat black paint, creating a total blackout when the house lights are off. Camlock power distribution is available on site for a fee. The studio has central AC/heat and two restrooms. Our studio has been used by major television networks, streaming platforms, for commercials and livestreams by blue chip companies, podcasts and, of course, photography. Your rental includes a small lighting package. We have a large inventory of lighting, grip and cameras available upon request. Included: 4x Aputure Nova P300C w/ Softboxes (in cyc) 2 Wall Cyc: 30' x 30' x 12' w/ 24° curve Lighting Grid: Our grid spans nearly the entire studio from front to back. It can support several tons of weight. The grid is 12ft tall, lights can be rigged above the grid when extra height is needed. The grid features 200amps of dedicated power - no need to run stingers. Pull down power drops allow for less cabling on the floor for cameras, additional lighting and support. Power: Grid - 200 amps Wall - 200 amps Camlock, 3 phase - 400 amps per leg, 1,200 amps total (available upon request for an additional fee) Total power = 1,600 amps Internet: 1G up/down Parking: There are 6 dedicated, marked spots directly in front of the studio in our secure lot (we can often arrange for more parking day of). There is a ton of free street parking located in front of the building.
