About the Space
Our versatile 6,000 sq ft production studio is the perfect space for film & photo productions. It boasts over 4,000 sq ft of lighting grid, a 30' x 30' pre-lit corner cyc and 1,600 amps of power. 6,000 sq ft open floor, 12 ft to grid 30' x 30' pre-lit corner cyc wall w/ 4x Aputure Nova P300C 4,000+ sq ft overhead grid with pull-down power drops Full blackout, sound-treated walls and ceiling 200A grid + 200A wall power Camlock available 1,200A / 400A per leg (additional fee) 12' x 12' drive-in load door Central AC/heat 1G up/down internet 2 restrooms 12 dedicated parking spots + free street parking We offer a full range of additional lighting, grip, and camera equipment available upon request. Our studio has hosted productions for major television networks, streaming platforms, blue-chip companies, and top photographers.
