This premier, production-ready facility offers a versatile combination of studio and warehouse spaces designed to support everything from large-scale productions to fast-turnaround content creation. Studio A features two professional cyclorama walls: a 60’ x 40’ white cyc ideal for expansive builds, commercial shoots, and full-scale productions, and a 20’ x 30’ green cyc suited for chroma key work and controlled environments. Rental includes use of one cyc wall, with the option to add the second as an upgrade. Both are equipped with an overhead speed rail grid system for efficient rigging and lighting installation. A scissor lift is available on-site for safe and streamlined overhead setup (certification or staff supervision required). The space has been used for commercials, music videos, livestreams, branded content, interviews, and more, offering a clean and adaptable environment for a wide range of creative needs. Production-friendly features include three loading dock doors, including a drive-in bay, making load-in and load-out seamless. Additional amenities include a green room, conference room, and lobby, with optional production offices and equipment rentals such as tables and chairs available. Studio B offers approximately 17,000 sq ft of flexible warehouse space with 24 ft ceilings, providing an expansive setting for large productions, set builds, and immersive experiences. The space currently includes a full basketball court, which can be removed upon request to create an open layout. Steel beams at ceiling height allow for secure rigging of lighting and equipment, and a scissor lift is available to support overhead installations. This warehouse stage has hosted a variety of projects including commercials, music videos, large-scale photo shoots, livestreams, and branded productions. With the same convenient loading access, including multiple dock doors and a drive-in bay, the space is built for efficient production flow. Production offices are included, with optional access to a kitchen and green room for added convenience.
