It is around 1000 sf in size with very small loss factor. The space has boxlike shape which allows to shoot different directions and create versatile setups. Windows are facing inside the yard which has two major benefits: minimal noise is coming from outside and you’re also getting a cool New York yard’s look which is normally hidden for everyone besides the tenants. In the evening direct sunlight is hitting the windows which is a great advantage for creative shots. The space is ideal for different types of projects from small portrait sessions to large scale productions and workshops.
