Basecamp for productions. Located in the heart of Studio City, California, our property is ideally located for a production basecamp. Centered just south of Ventura Blvd, minutes from major studios, we can accommodate over 30 cars in our parking lot, or several large production trucks and catering vehicles. Property is lighted at night for extra security, and security cameras monitor the premises. Location is protected by a 10-foot high security fence and gate. Property includes electricity and water. Optional add-ons include an onsite indoor restroom and a large outdoor dining area in back that can accommodate 50+ crew members. Tables and chairs are available for rent.
