About the Space

Founded in 2016, operated as a commercial gym in one-north until 2022. Featured extensively on national media - Channel News Asia, Channel 8, Straits Times, ZaoBao, Asiaone etc. Now we provide exclusive private training in our home gym for friends and neighbours. This takes the form of small groups or personal training. Vision: Transforming Lives Through Fitness. Real fitness through proper exercise, nutrition and rest. 100% science based and data driven. Our goal is for our clients to be injury free all-rounders. Meaning the 4 ‘S’s - Speed, Strength, Stamina and Shape. FitRX is our homegrown signature 60 minute High Intensity Training (HIT) class comprising calisthenics, resistance and burst cardio. It is conducted both Indoors & Outdoors with Natural Ventilation. 365 days - different workout daily. FitRX is extremely challenging but can be scaled to each individual’s fitness level. Male/Female, Young/Old, Beginner/Advanced. 3 components: Warm-Up (WU) - Calisthenics (Body Weight) Strength + Conditioning (S+C) - Weight Training (Resistance) Workout of the Day (WOD) - Burst Cardio (HIT not HIIT) Medical science says combining resistance and cardio keeps you younger for longer. Body part focus: Monday - Chest + Biceps Tuesday - Shoulders Wednesday - Core Thursday - Back + Triceps Friday - Legs Saturday (Bootcamp) + Sunday (Mega WOD) - Total Body The space has been designed to create a welcoming, unintimidating and motivating atmosphere, with ample natural light, high ceilings, and cutting-edge equipment. The gym's equipment selection is comprehensive. We have you covered from head-to-toe - including corrective and accessory movements like neck, tibialis and soleus. Our gym space has always been the cleanest gym in Singapore. The gym is impeccably maintained, with a rigorous cleaning and maintenance schedule to ensure that all equipment is in excellent condition. Clients can rest assured that the gym is a safe and hygienic environment in which to work out. Additionally, the gym features a range of amenities to enhance the overall fitness experience. These include shower with hot water and hairdryer, lockers to store personal items, and a chillax area where clients can enjoy a well earned post-workout protein smoothie.
