Rented this space as a green room for our cast to do costume, Makeup and hair when filming in Old Montreal and it worked out really well. The space is comfortable and there are separate rooms for privacy and to spread out. We (of course) went a bit long and the owner let us extend it without a problem - theres a small kitchen, board room, nice little comfortable lounge area. Worked out well for us and I’ll rent it again next time we are in the area - really great space if you are filming on Notre Dame near all the iconic sights.
