About the Space
Located in the heart of El Segundo, our bright, creative and inviting space is great for various needs! Host a meeting, a small get together, photoshoots, private work space, etc.! We've hosted several production shoots. We are flexible and accommodating but w please ask that you and your team treat our beautiful space as your own (: *Company represents that it does carry and will continue to carry, at Company’s sole expense, the following insurance coverages continuously during the life of the Agreement: Commercial General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Automobile Liability. Company shall also name Life in Jeneral, Inc. and 500 E. Franklin LLC as additional insureds on all aforementioned insurance policies.

Great location - Production Friendly! Jen & team were extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful and spacious. Parking and load-in were easy. We had a great shoot and would highly recommend!
