About the Space

This Bruno Hall venue is a private space suitable for small to medium size groups. Located on the second floor, this room has two large windows overlooking the first floor. The perfect space to host rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or small reception. It is also often used as a dressing area for the bride. Rental Hours Rates are available for half day (up to 4 hours) or full day (up to 8 hours)pricing. This includes your set-uptime, the event, clean- up/breakdown of any vendors. Rental time may be extended at the rate of$350/hour. Additional fees will be incurred for events that extend beyond scheduled time, including vendor breakdown. Security Building security is required for functions scheduled outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm) at a rate of$25 per hour. Off-duty police officers are required for public events and other certain events at a rate of$30 per hour, per officer. Rates subject to increase on holidays. Parking Birmingham Parking Authority Deck #3 is conveniently located directly across the street from our building on 4th Avenue North between 20thand 21st streets. Some street parking is also available.
