Best location to view any SpaceEx rocket launches. Pristine beach closeby. No cleaning fees for 3 private bedrooms w/ full guest bathroom within a 5- bedroom host-occupied home, located on a safe & quiet cul-de-sac. Guest wing has a private entrance. Perfect for groups of 3 -7 people. We don't accept children under age 13. An extra twin bed can be added for $20 per night to sleep a 7th guest. Launch-watchers, aerospace / tech workers & kayakers are all welcome ! Continental breakfast (croissant, yogurt, tea, coffee, etc) is included. The space 3 quiet, clean bedrooms w/ a full bathroom in a beautiful, secure & tranquil neighborhood. AC & hi-speed WIFI. The guest wing has a private entrance & access to the common veranda & pool area via an outdoor lit stone walkway. There is guest parking in the driveway for up to two (2) vehicles. All 3 bedrooms have their own closets, dressers, night tables & towel racks. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, the other two have queen-size beds. A guest fridge & microwave are provided in the garage. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the swimming pool, large veranda / sunroom with dining table & pool table via an outdoor lit stone walkway. The garage has a guest fridge & microwave. There is a private full bathroom just for your party's' use. Limited laundry access may be possible upon special request. The check-in window is between 3 pm - 10 pm. We make occasional exceptions for travelers w/ late flights etc. If a late check-in is needed, you must notify us beforehand. Otherwise, arrivals after 10 pm will be treated as 'no-shows'. A travel ironing board & large fan are also available in the rooms. Other things to note We know the area well & are happy to assist our guests with helpful information about many local attractions & things to do, including shopping, bicycling, nature hikes, airboat rides, kayaking, quilting, embroidery & sewing lessons, horseback riding, fishing & more !
