Come enjoy this privately located SODO retreat. It features 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as an additional space for office or additional sleeping area. This apartment comes fully furnished, equipped with a wine fridge, integrated speakers throughout the interior & exterior space, discreet entry, private garage parking, and skylights throughout. You can bring your own vendors/catering for your events - alcohol is permitted onsite. We welcome rentals by the hour (4 hour minimum), daily, weekly, monthly, or longer! The apartment is located adjacent to the I-5 & I-90 corridor, as well as easy access to Highway 509. Great space for tailgating, hosting private parties/retreats, vacation rental, production space, or just about any other ideas you may have! Discreet entry located off of Utah St. with secure garage access as well as a street level pedestrian entrance. Loading dock available - no elevator inside building.
