About the Space

A separate ADU functioning as a photo/film/and music studio. Sets for photoshoots/filming/live sessions can be created in our spacious live room, outdoor pool + jacuzzi and large backyard, 2,000 sq ft. This is also the perfect intimate location to host listening parties or events. We have everything in the studio to make the experience as comfortable, efficient, and private as needed, including fast assistance, WiFi, client controlled A/C, and a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and bathroom + shower. We also have multiple professional lights, backdrops, and gear, plus studio tracklights and LEDs. Plenty of natural light from two large windows with a view towards the garden and pool, when removing the blackout window plugs. Lots of easy parking in a peaceful neighborhood. There are multiple security cameras on the property, outside the studio, and in the live room and control room. Street parking: Ample street parking. There is a loading zone in the alleyway, but loading trucks/cars will need to be moved or parked on the street afterwards. Electrical: There are 56 power outlets inside the studio building total throughout the live room, control room, kitchen, and bathroom, plus 2 power outlets outside of the studio building. There are 18 more available outlets on a power strip underneath the computer in the control room, and we have additional extension cords. If the circuit breaker must be accessed, please speak with the host. Cleaning: Cleaning fees are charged. We clean the space in between each guest, including all surfaces regularly used, make sure to follow health and safety procedures diligently, provide hand sanitizer and wipes plus any sanitary necessities in the kitchen.
