OCCUPANCY BASED RATES Rates are based on occupancy. The reservation should accurately reflect the total number of people who will be entering the property. The first two (2) guests are included in the base rate. Each additional guest is subject to an accommodation fee of $50/person per night thereafter. When booking your reservation online, please be sure to include the total number of guests in your party so we can guarantee your experience will include sufficient beds, blankets, pillows, amenities, toiletries, towels, etc CHECKING IN Check in time is 4:00pm. A valid, government-issued ID is required upon check in.
