About the Space

The house is an open-concept space with 2 medium and 1 large closed bedroom. One large bathroom that has a large bathtub (fits 2 adults) and a glass shower. The house has a stone fireplace which is connected to a sitting area and opens onto a dining room. There is an additional large living/sitting room. The house also has a kitchen with a breakfast nook. The most beautiful feature of this house is its large windows. Every room has beautiful natural light overlooking large and tall trees in the yard. These large trees surround the property so there is no view for any neighbours to look in – total privacy. You have access to a large and open front and a woodsy back yard. There is also a rooftop deck that is accessible from the 2nd floor just office a landing with a small office or exercise space. Very accessible. The neighborhood is quiet but near several small towns, including Val David which is a very artistic community. It has a farmers market every weekend and many outdoor art shows. Great for other outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing and kayaking, rock climbing, swimming in the many local lakes and beaches, biking on the dedication regional and scenic paths, drive-in movie theater etc. The closest grocery store is a 5 minute drive.
