About the Space
Our property is family land. There are 3 residences and one empty fishing cabin. The residences are spread out and almost is unseen by the others. The property is 40+ acres with a private 10 acre lake. The lake is 30 feet deep and is spring-fed. We use it for fishing, swimming and non-motorized water toys. The 800 sq. foot fishing cabin was built in the 1940's and has running water and utilities. There is a 2- seat out house next to the cabin and an old bbq fire pit. There are only gravel roads on this property. We often see lots of wildlife. We have several swimming/fishing docks built at each home. A Resort and Spa is close to our location and is a popular filming destination and is a few miles away. We are about 45 minutes north of Atlanta.
