This is an outdoor location that is ideal for many different kinds of outdoor photo or film shoots. The location features 18 acres of beautifully maintained park-like land on a Michigan soft-bottom lake. The property features an .2 acre bridge that leads to a seven acre private island. There is ample space for trailers and other vehicles to park. There is a detached black corrugated steel garage that is available for production, but no home is on the property. The property is easy to access and conveniently located one mile off of US-23.
