Our gated, very private property is nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway on South Merritt Island (50 miles SE of the Orlando Airport, 5 Miles to Cocoa Beach, 2 hours north of Palm Beach and 3 hours north of Miami). This perfect slice of Old Florida has been in our family since the 1930's with a beautiful Palm Grove, several original homes, multiple terraces, large swimming pool, exotic fruit trees and gardens and 1200 feet of undisturbed riverfront beach at your disposal. We have barns and out-buildings that are ideal for safely storing cameras and equipment. There is plenty of space for production companies to park and spread out and endless vistas to inspire beautiful photographs and unique footage. We have been featured in Coastal Living and a have had a variety of interesting companies shooting Indie Films, photos and beautiful content.
