About the Space

The studio is fully equipped with a wide range of professional Pilates and movement equipment, including three spine correctors, a Cadillac convertible reformer, a standard reformer with jump boards, one Stott chair, one MDX chair, and ballet barres. Additional accessories such as balance cushions, TRX equipment, weights, exercise balls, resistance bands, Pilates mats, and foam rollers are also available within the space. Designed to support both fitness and rehabilitation-focused sessions, the studio is especially well suited for clients requiring additional care, physical therapy support, adaptive movement training, or specialized wellness programs.
