What’s happening everybody! My name is DJ and I created this place. Here at the oasis, we provide a full service health and wellness program completely customized to your unique needs. Our full service packages begin with an in depth analysis into your life from food intake to training to anything and everything related to your daily life. I take that information and create a plan curated specifically for you. I personally train you in person at the studio in private away from the crowds where you get my 100% attention. I will also create workouts away from my location. Next is your nutrition plan where I take ultimate goal six and break your food intake down to a science to give you enough fuel yet still get to your goal weight. But there’s morez complete health and wellness involves another aspect. Most people don’t even think about. And that is recovery! Here at the oasis we have a full Wood sauna that can fit two people a cold plunge that can be set at any temperature not a nice bath, a antigravity chair with compression boots along with rollers massage guns and anything else you would need to keep your body in tiptop shape.  I even do home gym consultation, and installation based on your budget. I do single sessions I do group sessions. And you know you’ll get 100% of me always. I am not your typical commercial gym trainer. The reason being is I don’t need to do this. This is not my full-time job and I do not rely on this for income for specific reason I want to give my client my all I want to help people I want to change lives. I spent hundreds of hours building this place and probably could have and should have done it quicker, but I gotta admit it is a very very cool spot. It has a dark dungeon, vibe, hard-core gym vibe yet is clean and spacious, especially considering the square footage, I am looking to rent the location out to content creators, who want to film and create in peace. I have all the tools and toys needed from ring lights to stabilizers to Mike’s and selfie sticks. I have a sound system. I have plenty of room to create any content you want there’s nothing worse than having to film at a crowded public gym well here you do not have to worry about anything except being yourself and being the person you want to represent on camera. I am also wanting to rent this place out to trainers who want to have a cheaper rent than a commercial gym for their private clients or Gym-goers who just want some privacy. My rates are flexible and I want to share the gift of fitness with the world let’s connect.
