Located just two hours from Los Angeles, this cinematic desert location offers complete privacy, uninterrupted natural backdrops, and incredible versatility for film productions, photoshoots, music videos, commercials, and branded content. The property sits at the end of a 1.5-mile dirt road and is naturally protected by approximately 350-foot mountain peaks surrounding the valley, helping reduce wind and outside noise. No matter where the camera is pointed, the backdrop features expansive desert scenery with rugged mountains and iconic desert vegetation stretching into the distance. Features include multiple elevated shooting platforms with panoramic valley views, accessible by foot or 4x4 vehicles, as well as additional surrounding ridge access for sweeping cinematic shots. The location provides endless raw desert landscapes ideal for westerns, post-apocalyptic scenes, fashion editorials, off-grid concepts, and outdoor productions. Two photogenic vintage trailers are available on-site for filming: • Velvet Fontaine – 1969 Kencraft Trailer (28 ft) featuring a colorful retro interior with orange and light blue tones • Spartan Neva – 1955 Spartan Imperial Mansion (43 ft) with iconic silver exterior styling Parking areas are strategically positioned to remain hidden from camera angles, helping productions maintain uninterrupted natural scenery throughout shoots.
