Secluded desert valley property in Yucca Valley, surrounded by hundreds of acres of untouched BLM land, dramatic mountain ridges, Joshua Trees, and Cholla cacti. Located just two hours from Los Angeles, this cinematic desert location offers peace and privacy, uninterrupted natural backdrops, and incredible versatility for film productions, photoshoots, music videos, commercials, and branded content. The property is in a valley, with a 1.5-mile dirt road in either direction, and is naturally protected by approximately 350-foot mountain peaks surrounding the valley, helping reduce wind and outside noise. No matter where the camera is pointed, the backdrop features expansive desert scenery with rugged mountains and iconic desert vegetation stretching into the distance. Features include multiple elevated shooting platforms with panoramic valley views, accessible by foot or 4x4 vehicles, as well as additional surrounding ridge access for sweeping cinematic shots. The location provides endless raw desert landscapes ideal for westerns, post-apocalyptic scenes, fashion editorials, off-grid concepts, and outdoor productions. Three photogenic vintage trailers are available on-site for filming: • Fontaine – 1969 Kencraft Trailer (28 ft) featuring a colorful retro interior with orange and light blue tones • Neva – 1955 Spartan Imperial Mansion (43 ft) very spacious airy and tall interior with huge windows, a separate bedroom and iconic silver exterior styling • Jolie - 1978 Trans American 5th wheel, super cosy wood interior with yellow flower and bird wallpaper in the bathroom and a white and orange exterior Parking areas are strategically positioned to remain hidden from camera angles, helping productions maintain uninterrupted natural scenery throughout shoots. Additional nearby shooting opportunities may also be available by arrangement, including: • Desert ruin on nearby BLM land • Scrap yard with vintage boats, burned-out cars, mechanic yard, and industrial textures.
