Studio is a versatile creative space that blends industrial character with modern comfort. Designed for photographers, content creators, podcasters, and small private events, the studio offers both a professional production area and a styled lounge setting—all within one cohesive, adaptable environment. Industrial Creative Floor The main studio area features exposed brick walls, clean white accents, and polished concrete floors that create a bold yet neutral backdrop for any concept. A seamless white backdrop is professionally mounted and ready for portrait, branding, and product photography. Softbox lighting and reflector equipment allow for controlled, high-quality production. The open layout provides flexibility for multiple camera angles, lighting setups, and set builds. Minimal accent furniture—including a modern statement chair, side tables, and subtle décor—can be incorporated into shoots or cleared for a clean look. A full-length mirror and workspace table are available for styling, wardrobe adjustments, and creative planning. The neutral tones and open floor plan make the space easy to customize for various aesthetics—from minimalist and editorial to bold and dramatic.
