About the Space

We live on a quiet crescent and have recently completed both front/backyard and driveway renovations, which has provided a great amount of green space and privacy. Our home is set back off the street and is very cozy with character and lots of natural lighting! Both the front and backyard get lots of sun and we have a big back deck overlooking the backyard. Lots of turf space and a big patio area with a fire pit. North Vancouver is it's very own year round mountain playground. Our beautiful suburb is a hiking and biking paradise with tons of trails and creeks close by. Our house is a quick 2 minute drive off the main hwy, 20-25 minutes from downtown Vancouver and close to the cozy Edgemont village with lots of shops and restaurants.
