Inside, the atmosphere is Tokyo-chic and architecturally clean: illuminated bar, plush seating, gold-and-black tables, LED lighting, and a layout designed to flow naturally from cocktails to dancing without bottlenecks or awkward transitions. Capacity: 80–300 guests Availability: • Sunday–Thursday: 4 PM–4 AM • Friday–Saturday: 5 PM–11 PM What’s included (so you don’t have to think about it): • Exclusive venue access + private tour • Contract, event management & production oversight • Dedicated staffing and on-site coordination • Complimentary 1-hour setup • Six private restrooms & multiple lounge zones • Plug-and-play sound system with 16 speakers • Professional lighting, LED screens, disco ball & lasers • Balloon décor setup included at no extra cost Exclusive Access Fee: $2,500–$5,400 + $250 cleaning + tax (capacity-based) Bar selection required: • Cash Bar: $4,000++ under 100 guests; $40++ per person after • Regular Open Bar (3 hrs): $50++ per person (80-guest min) • Premium Open Bar (3 hrs): $75++ per person (80-guest min) • Non-Alcoholic Open Bar: $20++ per person Entry note: Don’t worry about pricing yet.
